COVID-19 Operations and Sale
Operations update regarding COVID-19:
Rencher Industries will be operating as normal for the time being. We’re also adhering to and practicing safety precautions laid out by the CDC.
As part of our standard operational practices, we always wear disposable gloves while assembling orders as a way to keep parts oil-free and to keep our employees safe from harmful chemicals involved in the manufacturing process. It is also standard for our team to wipe down finished assemblies with alcohol before packing to remove any chemicals or particulates that may be present.
In addition to these practices, we are asking our employees to partake in social distancing and they are asked to stay home if they have any symptoms that may indicate any illness.
We ask that our clients continue to order if they are able to and we will continue to fulfill those orders. We are a small business and the cash flow we receive from regular ordering is crucial to all of us who benefit from sales revenue, including employees.
We are also aware that many productions are on hiatus for the time being. To that effect, we are offering gift cards at a discount for a limited time so that anyone who had been looking to make a purchase, but is now hesitant to because their show is now on hiatus, can set those funds aside with us to make the purchase at a later date while saving some money in the process.
We will still be processing new and existing orders of custom items that carry a lead-time, so it may be beneficial to make those purchases now for use on any production on hiatus.
At this time, our vendors have so far indicated that they will continue to fulfill orders with us. We will continue updating clients on a case-by-case basis if we anticipate or experience any changes to fulfillment based on any backlogs. As we do not regularly order from China, we do not have concerns about fulfillment of parts attributable to COVID-19.
We will also begin offering free USPS First Class Shipping on all orders over $50 within the US and Canada effective immediately.
