Refund policy
Returns
Rencher Industries offers a 72 hour inspection period in which products can be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns and exchanges of like-new products are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 15% of the total amount paid.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as customized products and gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be ineligible for refund or may carry an additional restocking fee to make up for the cost of refurbishment.
Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after the delivery window is subject to warranty repair or replacement only and at the discretion of Rencher Industries.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Costs associated with shipping will be assessed and deducted from any refund, including the subsidized portion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take several days or even weeks to process.
A restocking fee will be assessed for any refunds issued. Credit card processing fees, merchant fees, exchange rate fees, shipping fees, cost of packaging, and any other applicable fees are not eligible for refund. If a refund is requested before an order is fulfilled, a refund will be issued without a restocking fee, but merchant account fees, credit card processing fees, exchange rate fees, etc. are not eligible for refund
Rencher Industries offers subsidized shipping, which may appear discounted or free of charge at the time of purchase. In cases of returns, the entire shipping charge, including the subsidized portion, will be assessed and subtracted from the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 48 hours of initiation, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@rencherindustries.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rencherindustries.com and send your item to: Rencher Industries LLC, 4321 Stuart Andrew Blvd Ste J, Charlotte NC 28217, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping insurance is included in the cost of shipping. If you have any issues with an item lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to: sales@rencherindustries.com
Shipments that are refused delivery for any reason will be returned to rencher Industries at your expense. Fees assessed in cases of refused delivery will include any shipping, handling, packaging, and restocking charges.
You are responsible for customs duties and tariffs, and refunds/returns will not be accepted in cases of refusal to pay any import costs.
Processing fees
It has become standard practice for payment providers to not refund processing fees. Any orders that are canceled or returned at no fault of Rencher Industries will not have these fees refunded, even if an order does not ship.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
